Enrich combines sports performance nutrition and functional medicine to provide coaching for people wanting to improve their performance in exercise or training, crafts, and passions, their health and quality of life, and to prevent, manage, or recover from chronic disease or injury.
We work with powerlifters and strength athletes, road and trail runners, mountaineers and backcountry athletes, and all performance or health driven people passionate about becoming the best version of themselves.
We provide high-level evidence based nutrition coaching delivered with compassion, unconditional kindness, and an unwavering belief in what you can accomplish.

Ross Enlow is a performance nutrition coach in Portland, Oregon with a Master’s of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine. Ross specializes in using nutrition to improve physical and mental performance in sports, acitvities, and life. Ross is also interested in using nutrition therapy for injury prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation, and to manage nutrition related health conditions by restoring balance to the body.
