I’m so glad I got the chance to work with Ross! He helped me when I was training for my first half marathon and I didn’t even know where to begin nutritionally. I think despite being in the earlier stages of his career, Ross has already exemplified himself as a real pro. One of the things I was most impressed by was his ability to ask insightful questions and drill down on certain topics during our conversations that I would have never considered otherwise which really brought additional value to our sessions. The biggest takeaway from our time together was the opportunity to really examine my personal food relationships and fitness goals at a deeper level and create a nutrition philosophy that incorporated the two. This has allowed me to be a lot more intentional about how I fuel to get the most out of my workouts as well as develop a more positive and sustainable mindset around my other eating habits.

Ross is extremely compassionate and caring. He listened to my concerns, educated me on relevant topics, offered his own advice, and ultimately came up with a detailed plan that took all of my concerns into account. I was thoroughly impressed by the work he did outside of our meetings. Not only did he follow up with me multiple times a week regarding how everything was working out, but he did additional research in between all of our interactions and provided me with it once he found information relevant to my situation. He also formulated an entire meal plan with recipes and recommendations that worked with my extremely limited dietary needs. When one plan didn’t work out, he did further research and came up with an entirely new and detailed plan. I highly recommend working with Ross!

I really appreciated your openness to explore whatever I wanted to! And you are punctual - more so than me for sure.
