In June of 2024 Ross will graduate with a Master’s of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine. He’s recived training and supervision in nutrition assessment, medical nutrition therapy, clinical nutrition, health coaching, and nutrition sciences. Ross is currently working towards becoming a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Nutritionist in the state of Oregon. He currently works as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and he has successfully helped people achieve their goals and create sustainable behavior change.

The term 'Nutritionist' is unregulated. This means there is no accredited regulatory agency establishing standardized examination, education, and experience requirments for who can call themselves a Nutritionist. Nutrionists will have varying qualifications and credentials. Ross identifies as a Nutrition Coach because he strongly believes that coaching is a critical element of helping you take all the personalized nutrition information and education you’re provided from nutrition experts and creating long-term sustainable habits that work with your lifestyle. Coaching is the art of guiding you to create the behavior changes that knowledge alone can’t do.

We do not currently take insurance. Ross is working towards becoming a Licensed Nutritionist in the state of Oregon and will eventually take insurance.
The unfortunate reality is that most insurances don’t cover nutrition counseling for wellness or performance.
Yes! We offer full up-front, monthly, and bi-weekly payment plans.
Our goal is to help you develop the confidence and ability to make your own informed decisions about food and nutrition. You will gain the skills and tools to never need a predesigned meal plan. We provide personalized meal plans when it is necessary to meet you where you're at on your nutrition journey. During our work together we can help you identify recipes or meal plans that you enjoy, and help you make them your own. By the time we are done working together you will be empowered with the knowledge and skills you need to create well-balanced nourishing meals that support your lifestyle and goals without a meal plan.
We don’t offer personal training as a stand-alone service. We can design training programs to support your goals and coach you through different exercises during our video calls. We will typically provide exercises with descriptions and demonstration videos, and have you record your workouts for us to review and provide feedback on.
